Ruth Owen, LMHC

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have a variety of experiences from child welfare work to behavior analysis, academic, and mental health counseling. I enjoy helping adolescents and adults work through difficulties in their life. I have a great deal of experience working with teens and young adults. I enjoy helping clients as they go through transitions related to break-ups, divorce, , career changes, retirement, and other stressful situations. I truly want to help people be the best version of themselves. We all encounter difficulties in our lives and need help to move through them. Many of us suffered trauma or loss early in our lives and we need help recovering and growing. I want my clients to know that they are not alone as they gain the skills and tools to meet their goals.
